Hotel Baker
Please call Hotel Baker directly and mention "Gilbert/Buck Wedding" for the discounted rate.
The room block will be held until April 13, 2025. There is a possibility the room block will sell out prior to April 13th but there will most likely be rooms available at the regular rate.
There are many other hotels in the area if you prefer to stay at a different location or use a chain of your choice but note there will be no provided transportation to Hotel Baker.
Parking
Hotel Baker does not have attached parking, however, there are many free parking options in the area. Recommended lots are marked on the map and have directions below:
P1: 108 Illinois St, St. Charles, IL 60174
Two blocks south of the hotel. The parking garage is at the corner of Illinois and First Sts. 24-hour parking is available on the top levels; please follow all garage signage.
P2: Two blocks north of the hotel. The parking lot is on State St. between Cedar and Second Sts. Enter off of Cedar St.
P3: 20 S Riverside Ave, St. Charles, IL 60174
Two blocks east of the hotel on the other side of the river. The parking lot is across from Flagship on the Fox restaurant.
Please follow all marked parking signage in St. Charles. Feel free to visit the City of St. Charles website or ask the hotel when booking or checking in for more information.
Additional Travel Information
If coming by plane, O'Hare International Airport is about 35 miles away and Midway International Airport is about 45 miles away. Either are viable options, although O'Hare is recommended.
If coming from the City of Chicago, consider taking Metra! Union Pacific - North line out of Ogilvie Transportation Center to Geneva puts you an 8 minute drive to the hotel. Ubers + Lyfts should be readily available from the Geneva train station.
If coming from the O'Hare or Midway Airport and wanting to take public transit, there are options to take CTA and connect to Metra. Please ask Megan or Jon if you have questions, we're happy to help!
